Overview

As an Employee Relations and Compliance Senior Manager at Taylor Morrison, you will guide People Operations and leadership on employee relations and compliance with employment laws, fostering a positive work environment.

• Develop and maintain employee relations policies and procedures.
• Partner with People Operations to resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Provide strategic advice on performance management and conflict resolution.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments for compliance.

• Implement proactive employee relations programs.
• Utilize NAVEX for employee relations case management.
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations.
• Report on KPIs reflecting employee relations practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in employee relations and compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO).
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous legal experience preferred.
• Experience with NAVEX or similar platforms is a plus.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams effectively.
