Overview

CyberScout (a TransUnion Company) is seeking a Greek Speaking Incident Coordinator who will be responsible for working closely with consumer and breach clients, providing Client and Customer service, proposals, contracts, implementation and administration of breach services, and support clients throughout the process.

In Short

  • Screen and interview clients by telephone regarding breach/fraud and identity theft.
  • Examine and review information to determine the severity of incidents.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service to clients and victims.
  • Manage customer and client expectations effectively.
  • Act as the point of contact for customers and internal experts.
  • Gather and preserve evidence for breach remediation.
  • Prepare communications and liaise with various agencies.
  • Consult with clients on breach incidents and remediation requirements.
  • Coordinate discussions and updates for incidents requiring assistance.
  • Fluent in Greek and English is essential.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Greek and English.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in breach/fraud management is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in liaising with law enforcement and agencies is desirable.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various working arrangements.
