Overview

The Sr. Ticketing Services Representative helps ensure our Ticketure clients receive exceptional service and support. This role is responsible for handling and resolving client queries while ensuring a positive client relationship.

  • Full-time remote position.
  • Responsible for client support and relationship management.
  • Handle and resolve client queries efficiently.
  • Log and respond to client support calls and emails.
  • Assist with troubleshooting system issues.
  • Support onboarding and training of new clients.
  • Maintain knowledge of the Ticketure product.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Participate in the development of product documentation.
  • Engage in occasional travel for in-person meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Four or more years of customer service experience.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JS.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
