As an IT Process Manager, you will shape the digital future of technical business processes, working closely with departments and IT to make company-wide processes more efficient, integrated, and future-proof.

• Analyze and document process requirements in development or production.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in cross-functional process consulting in manufacturing companies.
• Solid knowledge of engineering or production processes and related systems.
• Very good German and good English skills (at least B2).
• Structured thinking, team spirit, and consulting skills.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Knowledge of automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Experience with ERP systems and their integration processes.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
