Whether process design, automation, or workflow re-engineering, you accompany our clients with a clear focus on impact and value contribution.

In Short

• Process design: Analysis, design, and optimization of business processes on-site or remote
• Creating framework conditions: Introduction of AI-supported solutions such as automations, GPT applications, and modern workflow tools
• Management consulting: Creation of decision-making bases and implementation concepts for management
• Workshop management: Coordination and moderation of workshops with specialists and executives
• Project responsibility: Responsibility for individual topics, work packages, or projects – with direct customer access

Requirements

• Professional experience: 2–5 years of experience in consulting, process optimization, or a related field
• Methodological competence: Proficient use of tools such as BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable approaches
• Technological interest: Enthusiasm for AI-based applications and initial experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Power Automate, Make, UIPath, etc.
• Communication skills: Strong presentation and communication skills to represent complex issues; in German and English (B2 language level).
