Tide is seeking an exceptional UX Researcher to join our team in the Partner Credit Services speedboat, focusing on building a world-class credit experience for small businesses.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end research projects within the credit market.
• Deliver high-quality studies to enhance user experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with diverse research methods.
• Strong skills in designing experiments and research questions.
• Experience in retail banking or financial services is advantageous.
• Skilled at analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
• Effective at managing stakeholders and aligning research to objectives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Background in Sociology, Psychology, or similar fields is a plus.
• Passion for self-improvement and engagement with the research community.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and setting clear direction.
• Experience working with digital product teams.
