Senior Operations Manager - Training (18 months contract) - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Operations Manager within the Training function for our Member Operations team, you will shape and improve the entire training function at Tide, focusing on data management, training quality, and process optimisation.

• Manage and improve the training function at Tide.
• Centralise training data into Tide’s Looker platform.
• Create dashboards for monitoring training performance.
• Establish a centralised repository for training materials.
• Manage relationships with training vendors.
• Map current training workflows and identify gaps.
• Drive automation to reduce admin overhead.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training delivery.
• Work autonomously to set up new processes.
• Support international expansion efforts.

Requirements

• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
• 4+ years in a fast-paced environment as a Management Consultant or similar role.
• Experience with business analytics tools like Excel and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• Customer-focused and a team player.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a technical industry.
• Previous experience in an analytical role is advantageous.
