Tide is building a finance platform designed to save small businesses time and money, providing business accounts and related banking services along with administrative solutions.

In Short

• Conduct product analysis and optimization to identify user pain points.
• Lead product discovery and opportunity sourcing through data analysis.
• Manage product experimentation efforts and analyze test results.
• Collaborate with product teams to establish and measure KPIs.
• Translate conversion and revenue goals into business KPIs.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, preferably in Fintech.
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency required.
• Good communication skills for presenting complex data insights.
• Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset.
• Foster relationships to promote data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics.
• Experience in onboarding and acquisition.
• Strong SQL/Python proficiency.
• Understanding of product lifecycle and experimentation.
• Familiarity with product metrics like LTV, CAC, and retention.
• Ability to capture stakeholder requirements.
• Comfortable solving ambiguous problems.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with independence.
• Strong ownership mindset.
