Overview

As a Transaction Monitoring Analyst at Tide, you will be the first line of defense against financial crime, analyzing transactions to detect and prevent AML, Fraud, and other financial crimes.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify suspicious activity.
• 1+ years of experience in AML and transaction monitoring.
• Strong understanding of CDD and EDD processes.
• Experience in financial services, particularly Banking and Fintech.
• Curious mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Analytical skills to digest large data sets.
• Exceptional English and German communication skills.
• Flexibility in working different shift patterns.
