In Short

• Develop and implement transaction monitoring algorithms for compliance risks.
• Analyze and investigate alerts from the transaction monitoring system.
• Assist in building periodic reports for compliance analysis.
• Work closely with other teams to address fraud and compliance risks.
• Continuously enhance skills in KYC/AML/CTF and sanctions.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML/CTF and sanctions activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements for compliance policies.
• Participate in compliance training.
• Communicate findings and decisions to team leaders.
• Work independently with minimum supervision.

Requirements

• University education (preferred).
• Experience in the compliance field.
• Understanding of AML/KYC/CTF policies and regulations.
• Basic knowledge of blockchain technology.
• CAMS/CBP designation (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand documentation in various languages.
• Demonstrated critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient IT skills (Chrome, Google Docs, Excel, etc.).
