Overview

We are looking for an experienced Page Speed Optimization Specialist to improve the performance of our Funnelish checkout pages, ensuring the fastest possible user experience for e-commerce conversions.

In Short

• Audit checkout pages using Lighthouse and WebPageTest.
• Remove or defer non-essential scripts to reduce load time.
• Optimize all images, including converting to WebP and applying lazy-loading for reviews.
• Minify and clean CSS & JavaScript.
• Improve caching policies and CDN setup.
• Ensure the checkout form loads first for maximum conversion speed.
• Flexible working hours with overlap for team communication.
• Contractor fee ranges from $20 to $40 per hour.
• Long-term commitment with the possibility of full-time engagement.
• Work remotely from anywhere.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of freelancing experience.
• Proven experience optimizing Funnelish and checkout pages.
• Strong understanding of frontend performance, caching, and CDN setup.
• Ability to deliver results within tight timelines (7 days).
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1/C2 level).
