E-Commerce Manager - Remote

Overview

The E-Commerce Manager will oversee the operations of multiple online storefronts, ensuring product accuracy and a seamless shopping experience while managing Shopify stores and coordinating with logistics partners.

• Manage and update multiple Shopify stores.
• Ensure product and catalog accuracy.
• Troubleshoot website and checkout issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration bugs.

• Support product launches and maintain consistency across storefronts.
• Engage in process improvement and quality control.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of freelancing experience.
• 5 years of ecommerce operations experience in a high-SKU Shopify environment.
• Strong understanding of Shopify backend architecture.
• Experience working with 3PLs.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or C2 level).
• Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced DTC environment.
• Reliable internet connection and self-driven work ethic.
