Overview

The EDI & ERP Coordinator will manage all EDI transactions and oversee Fulfil ERP to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.

In Short

• Manage all EDI transactions and ensure seamless integration with retail partners.
• Oversee ERP (Fulfil) data accuracy, including orders, inventory, and fulfillment records.
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI errors, such as failed transactions and invoice mismatches.
• Monitor and process inbound/outbound orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Ensure retailer compliance to minimize chargebacks.
• Serve as the primary contact for order-related inquiries.
• Analyze and improve order workflows, reducing errors and manual interventions.
• Generate reports on order accuracy and fulfillment efficiency.
• Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams.
• Maintain and update SOPs for EDI transactions.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience.
• Proven experience managing EDI transactions and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of order processing and fulfillment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and retail partners.
• Experience maintaining compliance with retailer-specific EDI requirements.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
