Overview

The Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to an in-home ABA therapy provider, assisting with scheduling, marketing, and client interactions to help families access effective therapy services.

In Short

  • Provide administrative support to the owner.
  • Assist with scheduling and marketing efforts.
  • Manage intake pipeline and caseload tracking.
  • Compile billing and maintain records for clinical services.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and staff.
  • Assist in interviewing behavior technicians.
  • Participate in outreach and marketing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with billing guidelines.
  • Support the development of policies and procedures.
  • Work part-time based on practice needs.

Requirements

  • Passion for autism care.
  • Experience in ABA therapy preferred.
  • Proficiency in office software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Experience with developmental disabilities is a plus.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
