Systems Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Systems Engineer will manage and design infrastructure to support Ticketmaster's Microflex core ticketing platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.

In Short

• Part of the Microflex infrastructure team.
• Responsible for on-prem infrastructure for European markets.
• Design and maintain private cloud platform solutions.
• Implement automation and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with development teams for service-oriented architecture.
• Support PCI compliance and security requirements.
• Participate in on-call support.

Requirements

• Experience with AWS and private datacenters.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and EKS.
• Intermediate networking concepts.
• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
• Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in enterprise software delivery.
• Proactive and autonomous work ethic.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong focus on security and compliance.
• Comfortable with structured Change and Incident Management.
