Overview

As a Systems Engineer, you will support the United States Postal Service (USPS) by providing packaging and distribution support for retail applications, ensuring operational efficiency and security.

In Short

• Deploy driver and firmware updates for retail systems.
• Test and deploy security updates using System Center Configuration Manager.
• Provide programming support for packaging hot fixes and updates.
• Interact with stakeholders to ensure accurate package handoffs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Strong programming skills in relevant technologies.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM and Windows environments.
• Ability to create and review ServiceNow Change Requests.
• Knowledge of XML and REST APIs.
• U.S. residency and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Experience in deployment and monitoring of applications.
