Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing required.
• Compact unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license required.
• 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing.
• Oncology-related certifications required or to be obtained within 2 years of hire.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Member-centric approach and adaptability to change.
• Proactive in identifying and addressing urgent needs.
• Experience in care coordination and patient support.
• Ability to build rapport with members and colleagues.
