Overview

As a Bilingual Care Partner, you will support cancer patients by navigating their healthcare journey, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and assistance.

In Short

  • Engage with members via phone, text, video, and email.
  • Assist members in connecting with healthcare providers and resources.
  • Conduct survey assessments to evaluate member needs.
  • Build trusting relationships with members through effective communication.
  • Work in a metrics-driven environment to meet quality standards.
  • Complete virtual onboarding and training.
  • Identify and prioritize member needs for timely assistance.
  • Maintain a quiet and secure working environment.
  • Be fluent in Spanish to assist diverse members.
  • Work full-time with a schedule that includes breaks.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a patient-facing role.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or remote work environment.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Comfort with technology and virtual communication tools.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Proven track record in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Willingness to seek feedback and learn from others.
  • Ability to operate in a quiet workspace.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
