• Own and improve success programs to drive revenue and growth.
• Partner with data science, finance, legal and Success leadership.
• Identify and prioritize initiatives with the highest impact.
• Collaborate with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Contribute to building and refining the playbook for Success operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business-related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success Operations or Business Analysis.
• Track record of instituting and improving success processes.
• Expertise in end-to-end analysis and financial modeling.
• Strong background in managing a sales tool stack.
