Veterinary Practice Coach - Remote

Overview

The Veterinary Practice Coach is responsible for providing management coaching to Veterinary Growth Partners (VGP) members. The ideal candidate must be able to work with members to improve management of their business, including but not limited to the following areas: marketing, human resources, financial management, inventory management, operations, strategic planning, leadership, client care, and patient care. VGP Practice Coaches engage members to utilize our exclusive vendor partners to help their practices thrive. The Veterinary Practice Coach will also be responsible for communicating effectively with all other members of the VGP team.

In Short

• Provide management coaching to veterinary practice members.
• Improve management in marketing, HR, financial management, and operations.
• Create accessible resources for practice management.
• Conduct live and virtual workshops and webinars.
• Engage members to use vendor partners for business improvement.
• Communicate effectively with the VGP team.
• Must be able to travel up to 8 times per year.
• Work under general supervision and demonstrate leadership capabilities.
• Adapt to different personality types.
• Work remotely and manage time effectively.

Requirements

• At least 4 years experience in a management position.
• At least 2 years experience as a veterinary practice manager.
• Proven customer support experience.
• Familiarity with veterinary protocols, procedures, and products.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to adapt to all personality types.
• Must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.
• Must be able to work uncommon hours if required.
