The Hospital Optimization Project Manager will play a critical role in driving operational improvements and hospital turnaround initiatives, focusing on project management, data analysis, coordination, and operational execution.

• Support project coordination and execution for hospital turnaround initiatives.
• Identify underperforming hospitals by gathering performance insights.
• Partner with field operations teams to develop actionable turnaround plans.

• Support the Director in sizing operational opportunities.
• Create reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate collaboration with Marketing, Recruiting, and FP&A.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in operations or project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in healthcare or veterinary services is a plus.
