Overview

Thrive Market is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support top-line growth and margin expansion efforts, focusing on Product Revenue and Margin.

In Short

• Support monthly financial reporting and variance analyses.
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting.
• Analyze KPIs related to member purchasing behaviors.
• Collaborate with the Merchandising team for insights on product performance.
• Evaluate private label financials and track performance.
• Contribute to strategic projects for revenue growth and margin optimization.
• Align with Operations Finance on contribution margin analysis.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Experience in E-commerce, retail, or CPG business required.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets.
• Experience with SQL or BI tools preferred.
• Experience with ERP/planning tools preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
