Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales objectives and growing sales volume for Three Rivers Optical’s products and services within targeted accounts in an assigned territory.

In Short

  • Consistently achieving established sales performance and territory metrics.
  • Maintain existing and cultivate new large, high-value accounts.
  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with customers.
  • Utilizing corporate tools to document and meet sales objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with lab partners.
  • Communicating with National Sales Manager regarding growth and sales results.
  • Improving through feedback from sales manager communications.
  • Completing tasks from management in a timely manner.
  • Adhering to company policies and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, sales, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Skills in influencing key decision makers.
  • Energetic and focused self-starter.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Working knowledge of CRM software, a plus.
  • Approximately 25% overnight travel may be required.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.
