Tier 3 Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Tier 3 Engineer is responsible for resolving the most complex and advanced technical issues and taking part in the deployment and delivery of our solutions.

In Short

• Resolve complex technical issues escalated from Tier 2 support.
• Engage directly with customers on critical issues.
• Work closely with RnD, Product, Delivery, and CSMs.
• Provide training to Tier 1 and Tier 2 Technical Support engineers.
• Document solutions and best practices.
• Manage critical incidents end to end.
• Adhere to strict KPIs and SLAs.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Tier 3 Support organization.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes administration and Linux system administration.

Requirements

• Experience with production monitoring tools.
• Postgres and PSQL knowledge.
• Proven scripting experience (Bash, Python).
• Familiarity with Spark and PySpark.
• Experience with financial systems and ticketing systems.
• Experience with identity and access management tools.
• Hands-on experience with version-control tools.
• BSc degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Fluent in English; Spanish/Portuguese is an advantage.
