Overview

The Tier 2 Support Engineer at ThetaRay is responsible for resolving technical issues and participating in the deployment and delivery of AI-powered Anti-Money Laundering solutions.

In Short

  • Resolve technical escalations from Tier 1 support.
  • Engage directly with customers, providing clear communication.
  • Become a product expert and stay updated on new features.
  • Support customers during onboarding, implementation, and production phases.
  • Work closely with Tier 3 Engineers for escalations.
  • Document solutions and best practices for knowledge management.
  • Participate in global On Call rotation.
  • Adhere to strict KPIs and SLAs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years in a Technical Support organization.
  • Experience in SysAdmin on Linux environment and networking is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes administration (Azure AKS, RedHat OCP).
  • Experience with SQL databases is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with version-control tools like GIT/BitBucket.
  • Business-oriented and able to work with external customers.
  • Team player.
  • Fluent in English.
