Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in data engineering
• 2-3 years of experience leading data engineering teams
• Ability to define a clear data engineering strategy
• Understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes
• Knowledge of data governance and security
• Effective communication skills
• Hands-on experience with databases and relevant tools
