Overview

As a GTM Executive at Themis, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and securing new clients. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and effectively conveying the value proposition of our software solutions.

In Short

  • Follow and improve our Sales Process; you will bring your ideas to the table.
  • Prospect and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Understand the needs and pain points of prospective customers.
  • Engage with decision-makers to articulate the benefits of Themis software solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate commercial contract terms and pricing agreements with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full cycle sales experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance concepts.
  • Prior engagements with Community Banking or Credit Unions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
