Engineering Team Lead - Remote

We are solving the communication gap experienced by most companies that exist between internal departments and external partners by creating simple, intuitive software to monitor and share governance related controls.

In Short

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of software engineers.
• Work closely with product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production applications.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
• Oversee technical delivery of projects and ensure compliance with IT security standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Promote and implement Agile methodologies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Experience in developing, testing, and deploying production-ready code.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science or similar discipline.
• 5+ years of application development and 2 years of lead experience.
• Experience with Ruby, JavaScript, React or similar technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
