Overview

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, and driving product adoption and retention.

  • 2+ years of experience as a CSM or Account Manager.
  • Excellent understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance operations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and customer success platforms.
  • Must have early stage startup experience.
