  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on coaching.
  • Experience in training program creation and delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of employment and labour laws.
  • HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CHRP) is an asset.
