Manager, HR Systems & Integrations - Remote

Overview

The Manager, HRIS is responsible for leading the design, development, and ongoing management of integrations and data flows between UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management (WFM), and various enterprise systems across the organization.

In Short

• Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management integrations.
• Design, build, and maintain data interfaces and system integrations between HR systems and enterprise platforms.
• Develop, test, and maintain API-based integrations using REST and SOAP protocols.
• Leverage tools such as UKG Pro Integration Hub and SFTP automation.
• Collaborate with IT to manage authentication methods and middleware solutions.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of HR data across connected systems.
• Troubleshoot integration errors and implement corrective actions.
• Manage system upgrades, regression testing, and release management.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Support reporting and analytics teams with data access and transformation.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management system architecture.
• Expertise in API development and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and validation.
• Familiarity with SFTP and data exchange automation.
• Strong knowledge of system security models and user provisioning.
• Proven ability to document and manage integration specifications.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; master’s preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in HR systems management.
