The Senior Paid Advertising Manager is a key leader within our marketing team, responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

• Develop, lead, and manage strategic PPC and paid social media campaigns.
• Oversee all aspects of paid media execution.
• Implement and refine data-driven marketing strategies.

• Monitor and enhance Local Service Ads and Google My Business profiles.

• Present data-driven insights and campaign performance reports to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other platforms.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SEO optimization and Local Service Ads.
• Advanced proficiency in conversion tracking tools.
• Google Ads certification is required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
