The Senior Paid Advertising Manager is a key leader within our marketing team, responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

• Develop, lead, and manage strategic PPC and paid social media campaigns.
• Oversee campaign setup, budget management, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• Implement data-driven marketing strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance.
• Own the development of paid media plans and budget allocation.
• Ensure accurate tracking and measurement of campaign performance.
• Monitor Local Service Ads and Google My Business profiles.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging advertising technologies.
• Present campaign performance reports to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and TikTok Ads.
• Experience with SEO optimization and Local Service Ads.
• Proficiency in conversion tracking tools like CallRail and Google Analytics.
• Google Ads certification is required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
