Recruiter - Virtual Assistant - Remote

Overview

The Ward Law Group is seeking a high-performing Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across the firm, including legal, operations, and contract roles. This remote position requires someone who can deliver high-quality candidates in a metrics-driven environment.

In Short

• Own full-cycle recruiting across all areas of the firm.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and Boolean search.
• Apply screening criteria to evaluate large applicant volumes.
• Conduct recruiter screenings and present qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines across multiple role types.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
• Leverage ATS to manage workflows and track candidate activity.
• Track recruiting metrics to drive performance.
• Support early talent efforts and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (legal or professional services preferred).
• Experience with SmartRecruiters ATS preferred.
• Proven ability to source and hire across a wide range of roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting environments preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proactive and results-driven.
