Legal Recruiter - Virtual Assistant - Remote

Overview

The Ward Law Group is seeking a high-performing Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across the firm, including legal, operations, corporate functions, and contract roles. This role is critical to supporting our continued growth and requires someone who can consistently deliver high-quality candidates in a metrics-driven environment.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for various roles including attorneys and virtual assistants.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and other tools.
• Evaluate large applicant volumes and prioritize top candidates.
• Conduct screenings and present qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Leverage ATS to manage workflows and track candidate activity.
• Track recruiting metrics to drive performance.
• Support early talent efforts including law school outreach.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in legal or professional services.
• Experience with SmartRecruiters ATS is preferred.
• Proven ability to source and hire across a wide range of roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting environments is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proactive and results-driven with a high level of accountability.
