Requirements

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Expertise in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience recruiting AI/ML and Data Science talent preferred.
• Excellent client management skills.
• Track record of team contributions and mentorship.
• Eagerness to work with diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree (a plus).
• Authorization to work in the United States.
