In Short

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Fund Finance projects.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, and Legal/Compliance.
• Document and improve processes for new products and launches.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Mentor junior team members involved in project workstreams.
• Assist with operational finance work as needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of finance experience, ideally in a hedge fund or fund administrator.
• Proven experience managing complex projects in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a high level of business judgment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
