• Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level, specialized, and executive revenue-generating roles.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and provide recruitment guidance.
• Utilize advanced recruiting techniques to attract high-quality candidates.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for a positive experience.
• Collaborate with HR for seamless integration of new hires.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and tools.
• Maintain candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coach and mentor junior recruiters.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best recruiting practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 7+ years of recruiting experience, including senior-level recruitment.
• Experience in specialized roles in professional services.
• Proven success in hiring for complex roles.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and ATS.
• Data-driven recruiting and analytics experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence and partner with leaders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism.
