Overview

This is a leadership role within the RiverStone Services team, responsible for managing a team of Claim Analysts handling complex casualty claims and ensuring compliance with client SLAs.

In Short

  • Lead a team of Claim Analysts in managing complex casualty claims.

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to anticipate needs.
  • Provide guidance on coverage and liability issues.
  • Conduct training sessions to reinforce customer service goals.
  • Monitor workflow to ensure proper claim handling.
  • Mentor team in analysis and resolution strategies.
  • Utilize analytics to communicate trends and strategies.
  • Participate in business planning and strategy initiatives.
  • Oversee the development and performance of direct reports.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in casualty claims or related legal practice.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to evaluate claim exposures.
  • Customer service oriented with relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for business.
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Management experience preferred but not required.
