The Smeal Employer Engagement Specialist plays a pivotal role in advancing employer partnerships that result in curated internships, research, and post-graduation employment opportunities for undergraduate students in the Smeal College of Business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage outreach pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Experience in higher education or related fields preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Success in implementing outreach strategies.
• Ability to develop promotional content.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
