Senior Legal Counsel, Product and Digital - Remote

Overview

Nielsen seeks to hire a skilled, business-oriented lawyer to join the Legal Department’s Product & Digital Support team as Senior Counsel - Product & Digital supporting Nielsen’s Audience Measurement business. The successful candidate will play a meaningful role in supporting Nielsen's product development and deployment efforts and will work closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to identify and manage contractual, regulatory, privacy, and other legal risks.

• Provide legal support for product development, distribution and sales.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital media or technology law.
• Knowledge of online communications and connected devices.
• Experience with identity graphs and data modeling.
• Understanding of AI products and related legal issues.
• Experience drafting complex contracts involving data products.
• Knowledge of intellectual property and privacy law.
• Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degree required.
• Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics background is a plus.
