• Work with internal teams to understand product and documentation requirements.
• Manage and improve the documentation repository.
• Produce high-quality documentation such as user manuals and guides.
• Collaborate with development and product teams.
• Write and publish release articles for software updates.
• Define English copy for platform components to enhance user experience.
• Ensure the platform experience is user-friendly.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem.
• Familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
• Proven experience in technical writing of software documentation.
• Experience with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to build a product knowledge base.
• Quick grasp of complex technical concepts.
• Great organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
