Overview

The KonTerra Evaluation is focused on delivering high-quality, complex evaluation services, primarily to UN agencies. We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join the EOL team. In this role, we require a detail-oriented professional with strong skills in recruitment, building proposals, technical content writing, and the ability to meet multiple strict deadlines.

In Short

• Identify evaluation specialists globally and assess candidates.
• Monitor procurement opportunities and build relationships with clients.
• Prepare tailored proposals and corporate documents for RFPs.
• Maintain business development tools and marketing materials.
• Work effectively in a diverse and international team environment.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in business development and proposal writing.
• Experience responding to UN RFPs and familiarity with UN programming.
• Proven ability to interpret client requirements and propose methodologies.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
