In Short

• Own all ETL/ELT from external marketplaces and partners.
• Design and operate data pipelines.
• Set measurable SLOs for data accuracy and freshness.
• Lead the analytics engineering function.
• Map manual workflows and deliver AI agents.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team.
• Translate business goals into a clear roadmap.
• Work with technologies like Snowflake, Airflow, and Python.
• Experience in marketplace, fintech, or e-commerce preferred.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in data engineering/analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on with Python and SQL.
• Experience with high-scale data ingestion.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Tableau and Amplitude.
• Experience delivering LLM/agent systems in production.
• Prior success scaling teams in a startup environment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with collectibles or alternative asset marketplaces.
