Overview

PHIL is a Series D health-tech startup that is building a platform to streamline the process of patients receiving prescriptions, connecting patients, prescribers, pharmacies, and manufacturers.

In Short

• Contract role until the end of the year
• Manage client-specific operational configurations
• Troubleshoot internal workflow issues
• Maintain and manipulate complex spreadsheets
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies across workflows
• Support continuous improvement of operational processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in an analytical, operational, or technical support role
• Proven ability to manage detailed workflows
• Highly detail-oriented with a methodical approach
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with spreadsheets and data-heavy processes
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
