Overview

The Sales Engineer & Implementation Manager will lead the transformation of the Implementation function into a world-class Technical Services Department, focusing on customer success through data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Technical Customer Success.
• Strong hands-on skills with Postman, JSON, and modern web APIs.
• Familiarity with regulated data products in KYC, KYB, IDV, and credit spaces.
• Track record of success in usage-based platforms.
• Experience managing small teams or strong individual contributor background.
• Able to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills with a mix of technical intuition and business acumen.
• Driven and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
• Startup experience or comfort in fast-moving environments.
