Implementation Manager & Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

Symplicity is seeking an Implementation Manager to join the BR team and keep developing our business in Brazil. This professional will be responsible for providing outstanding service and support the clients to positively promote the vision, mission, and brand of Symplicity.

In Short

• Responsible for onboarding clients and teaching Symplicity's software.
• Provide advice on setting up school-specific requirements.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Manage multiple parallel projects effectively.
• Conduct training sessions for end users.
• Analyze client requirements for training and customization.
• Consult with clients on best practices for implementation.
• Establish ownership of project tasks.
• Conduct technical discussions on integration and configurations.
• Serve as the primary contact for new clients during onboarding.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in software training and onboarding.
• Excellent didactics and experience with various training methods.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Desirable technical experience with software and data integration.
• Desirable knowledge in Project Management.
• Desirable knowledge of systems for Higher Education Institutions.
