Overview

The Inside Sales Advisor - Merchant Services is responsible for generating and expanding client relationships by providing expert payment solutions and recommendations in the small business space from $0-$3 million.

In Short

• Actively prospect and build relationships with new clients.
• Sell a range of payment solutions including Visa, Mastercard, and ACH.
• Collaborate with various bank units to maximize client profitability.
• Resolve client concerns and build long-lasting relationships.
• Teach and coach branch staff on merchant services.
• Manage leads and appointments effectively.
• Report leads and opportunities within the CRM.
• Participate in leadership meetings.
• Utilize technology to manage workload and client relationships.
• Fluency in an additional language is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience in financial services.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in the small business sales sector.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in software programs including Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience in virtual sales in a call center environment preferred.
• Salesforce proficiency is a plus.
