Digital Product Senior Manager - Remote

Overview

The Digital Product Senior Manager is responsible for the overall vision of a set of multiple strategic initiatives that are broken down to defined EPICs and features, collaborating with business segment product leaders and UX leads.

In Short

• Responsible for defining MVPs and obtaining approvals on features.
• Identify business challenges using data analytics and feedback.
• Conduct industry benchmarking and define OKRs for initiatives.
• Lead discussions with Solution Architects and UX leads.
• Work with agile teams to prioritize business value.
• Manage team of Digital Product Managers and/or Analysts.
• Drive cross-functional teams towards common goals.
• Improve speed to market for valuable features.
• Collaborate with external vendors when appropriate.
• Measure performance and adjust strategies as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7+ years of Online/Mobile Digital Experience or Digital product delivery experience.
• Experience leading Agile Delivery teams.
• Product Management Training or Certification preferred.
• Experience in Financial Services and leading agile teams.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Software Delivery Lifecycle.
• Experience with fintech solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
