Overview

The Inside Sales Advisor - Merchant Services is responsible for generating and expanding client relationships by providing expert payment solutions and recommendations in the small business space from $0-$3 million.

In Short

• Actively prospect and build relationships with new clients.
• Sell a range of payment solutions including Visa, Mastercard, and ACH.
• Collaborate with various bank units for cross-selling opportunities.
• Resolve client concerns and build long-lasting relationships.
• Teach and coach branch staff to drive sales growth.
• Accurately report leads and opportunities within the CRM.
• Utilize technology to manage workload and client relationships.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain engagement with partners.
• Work remotely while being authorized to work in the USA.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of sales experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in the small business payment solutions space.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and other software.
• Fluency in an additional language is a plus.
